About the event
The Finland Leadership Study Visit is a transformative 7-day immersion crafted for Indian school leaders who want to experience the world’s most admired education system up close. Leaders explore Finland’s student-centric learning, teacher autonomy, mental wellbeing practices, and highly flexible classroom environments.
Through guided school visits, university engagements, workshops with Finnish educators, and cultural immersion, participants gain a holistic understanding of why Finland consistently ranks among the world’s best in education and child development.

Classroom Observations Across Levels: Visit Finnish primary, secondary, and vocational schools to observe flexible learning spaces, individualized instruction, minimal testing, and holistic development models.
