Edup Connect is India’s leading educational travel company, curating global academic visits for K–12 students, teachers, and school leaders. We partner with international schools and universities to provide safe, structured, and enriching experiences.
2. Who can participate in Edup Connect programmes?
Our programs are designed for students from Grade 6 onwards, as well as teachers and principals. Some tours focus on student exchange, while others are leadership or teacher-training visits.
3. Which countries do you operate in?
We currently offer programs in Malaysia, Singapore, Finland, Australia, Japan, and China. We also design custom study visits in other destinations such as Canada and beyond.
4. How long is a typical study visit?
Most programs range from 5 to 8 days, depending on the destination and itinerary. Longer programs can be customized for schools that wish to explore more in-depth.
5. Can programs be customized?
Yes. Each visit can be tailored to match a school’s academic focus, grade levels, and cultural learning goals.
Safety & Supervision
1. How are students supervised during trips?
Every group is accompanied by teachers from the school, Edup Connect staff, and local coordinators. We maintain strict supervision at all times.
2. What is the student-to-teacher ratio?
We keep ratios at 10–12 students per adult for safety and personalized attention.
3. ​What safety measures do you follow?
We work only with trusted international partners, vetted accommodations, and licensed transport providers. Every trip includes emergency support and insurance.
4. What happens in case of an emergency abroad?
Our local partners and Edup Connect coordinators are trained to handle emergencies. Parents and schools are immediately informed, and medical facilities are pre-arranged near all accommodation sites.
Travel & Documentation
1. Do students need a passport and visa?
Yes, a valid passport and visa are required for all international programmes.
2. Does Edup Connect assist with visa processing?
Yes. We guide schools and parents through the entire visa application process, including documentation and scheduling.
3. ​What documents do parents need to provide?
Typically: passport copy, recent photographs, school consent letter, and signed parent authorization forms. Country-specific requirements are shared well in advance.
Accommodation & Meals
1. What type of accommodation is provided?
We arrange safe, comfortable hotels or student-friendly hostels that meet international standards, usually on twin/triple sharing basis.
2. How do you handle dietary restrictions
Parents can inform us of dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, allergies, etc.), and we ensure meals are arranged accordingly.
3. ​Are meals included in the program cost?
Yes. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, along with occasional snacks during excursions.
Costs & Inclusions
1. What does the program fee include?
Program fees cover flights, visas, accommodation, meals, local transport, entry tickets, guided tours, and Edup Connect support staff.
2. Are there any extra costs?
Only personal expenses (shopping, souvenirs, extra snacks) are not included. We keep parents informed of any optional costs beforehand.
Parents’ Role
1. Can parents accompany students on trips?
These programs are designed primarily for students and school staff. In special cases, parents may join if approved by the school.
2. How do parents stay updated during the trip?
We share daily updates, photos, and summaries via school WhatsApp groups or email, so parents are always informed about their child’s activities.
