International Study Visits for K-12 Students

Structured, safe, academically credible global programs that expose your students to international classrooms, universities, and cultures while staying aligned to Indian curricula.

Why Our Student Programs Work

Every itinerary is anchored in classroom interactions with international peers, university campus engagements, and structured cultural learning sessions. Sightseeing happens, but only after the academic objectives of the day are met.

Our academic team maps every program to specific CBSE, ICSE, or IB learning outcomes. Students return with documented exposure that you can tie back to their academic progress, not just photo memories.

Vegetarian and special diet accommodation built in. Strict supervision ratios. Daily communication updates to parents. Cultural sensitivities respected at every stage.

Safety Is Not a Feature. It Is the Foundation

10 to 12 Students per Supervising Adult: Every group is accompanied by school teachers from the home school, Edup Connect coordinators, and licensed local guides in the destination country.

Vetted Accommodation and Transport: Only pre-inspected hotels and licensed transport operators. No exceptions, no last-minute substitutions.

24x7 On-Ground Coordination: Edup Connect staff are reachable round the clock in the destination country. Parents and schools receive emergency contact protocols before departure.

Daily Parent Updates: Photos, summaries, and check ins shared via school WhatsApp groups or email every day of the trip.
